My aim is to make counselling as accessible as possible. For some people, face-to-face sessions can feel overwhelming and there are many valid reasons why someone might prefer email counselling .
Having worked with a lot of neurodivergent clients, I understand that for some, expressing thoughts and emotions in person can be difficult.
Email counselling gives you the space to reflect, take your time, and put your thoughts into words at your own pace, helping to lower the barrier to getting the support you need.
I will cater the session to meet the requirements of the individual where possible.

I understand how isolating it can feel when the world seems to be built for someone else. I work with many clients who are neurodivergent - including those who are autistic and ADHD, as well as transgender and gender-diverse individuals. You deserve support that sees you for who you truly are.
My approach is affirming, trauma aware, and tailored to your unique experience of the world. That includes sensory sensitivities, masking, identity exploration, overthinking.
You don't need to be in crisis to get support. You deserve to be heard. We can work together to untangle what is weighing you down, gently, and at your own pace.
